Balancingtouch has built up a great reputation for being able to offer a variety of modalities, while still delivering above average, international standard of Massage & Reflexology training. We've had students who needed to become properly qualified, but don;'t have a lot of time on their hands and this where we were able to offer our full-time classes (weekdays) instead of our Part-time (weekends). With options available, we have been able to accommodate students travelling from abroad, from places such as Europe, USA, UK, Zambia, Botswana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Namibia, other African countries and from all areas in Southern Africa, including Port Nolloth. They travelled to receive the best training & qualifications within a limited time frame and without the hassle of studying 2-3 years.
We offer Part-time classes over weekends, which are just as much fun and informative as our weekday classes. This option
of study is for those who are time constraint, they have full-time jobs Monday- Friday, or have other commitments and only
free over weekends. This option is for those individuals who really feel a pull towards helping others, want a career change
but have the financial stress of sustainability. Transition will happen, especially after joining our Balancingtouch Family and
you find fulfilment in what you do.
We offer different courses on a Saturday & Sunday, these classes run according to our part-time class schedule. Our classes
are conducted from 9am - 1pm in Summer/ warmer months and from 09:30 - 2pm in winter/ colder months. Our classes are
scheduled for 6 months at a time, with subject to change & availability. Due to the lockdown restrictions, we have had half our
class capacity and can now only accommodate 6 Students max. This also ensures that your learning experience is effective &
rewarding with almost a one on one learning feel.
We prefer quality training, encouraging focus, attention to detail & passion, where students can appreciate and absorb the new skills being taught over quantity, where you are lost in a classroom, just a number for someone's financial gain. We operate on a first come, first serve basis, this purely due to the high demand for our amazing courses and the limited space we have to accommodate students. To avoid disappointment, follow the simple enrolment process. Your first class with us, you'll be warmly welcomed by your facilitator and be familiarized with the training facility. You will receive your training material & relevant equipment. The Assessor will also welcome you & explain how assessments are structured & conducted, what is required of you with regards to "homework", how to complete & submit necessary required forms.
Most schools or institutions that offer weekday courses (full-time) usually have additional charges, or hidden costs, not with
us! Whether you choose part-time or full-time study, there are no additional costs to any of our course. Our Full-time option
for studying is conducted on weekdays, Monday-Friday. This does not necessarily mean they are consecutive days, they are
just weekdays. The Coronavirus Protocol advises us to break our classes up especially if it is longer than 4 days, purely to
minimise exposure & risk of spreading any virus, although the facility is sterilized everyday. So your course may start on a
Thursday, continue to Friday, followed by Monday & Tuesday (example). This option of study is ideal for those who work
weekends, have other commitments or who travel from far. It is also for those who wish to qualify faster or who have commit
-ment obligations to the industry.
Our Full-time study is highly intensive & demanding of your concentration, dedicated attendance and commitment to follow
through. The work load, personal focus & attention and guidance given is the same as part-time study, except compacted,
slightly self-pressurized for faster qualifications. Training is conducted in the same manner as part-time, however the difference is days instead of weeks. Classes will offered from Monday to Friday according to our Full-time class schedule. Our classes are conducted from 9am - 1pm in Summer/ warmer months and from 09:30 - 2pm in winter/ colder months. Our classes are scheduled for 6 months at a time, with subject to change & availability. Due to the lockdown restrictions, we have had half our class capacity and can now only accommodate 6 Students max.
